If you have ever worked in retail you will understand. Drawing the less enjoyable interactions with the never-ending parade of human challenges that wandered through the store became the only way to endure them with any grace. After eight years, there were somehow well over 1,000 drawings. They later became more intentional water-color paintings. The original drawings are all here it you want to laugh. Or cry.
